Kensington Flats is a residential condominium comprising 63 units, located in South Kensington, one of Saskatoon’s newest neighbourhoods. In collaboration with the client, aodbt designed this three-story structure, complete with an underground parking facility. This development offers a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom units to cater to different housing needs.
